Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Window and Door Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales of premium windows and doors with a high percentage of success.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Travel to clients’ homes to conduct consultations and sales presentations.
  • Utilize effective multitasking skills to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously.
  • Accurately measure window and door sizes to ensure precise fitting and installation.
  • Utilize various software and CRMs to finalize and process window and door orders efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of achieving high closing percentages in sales.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to clients’ homes for sales consultations.
  • Proficiency in accurately measuring window and door sizes.
  • Experience using different software and CRMs to manage sales orders.
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Appointment leads will be provided, but the  candidate should be proactive in generating additional leads and opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits: This is a 1099 position offering a competitive commission structure of 10% total commission in a split format, designed to incentivize an engaged sales process.

Position: Receptionist

Reports To: Sales Manager

Position Summary: The receptionist will manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position is responsible for providing a positive first impression to visitors, handling incoming calls, and supporting the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries from the public and customers, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate and assist with office events and activities.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).

  • Full-time position, may require some flexibility in hours. Mostly M-F only 8am -4 pm, if lunch break is preferred 7:30- 4:30

Position: Warehouse Personnel

Overview: Warehouse personnel are responsible for managing the storage, handling, and distribution of goods within a warehouse. They ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving Goods: Inspecting and recording incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Storing Inventory: Organizing and placing goods in designated areas, maintaining proper storage conditions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing products for shipment based on customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory records, and managing discrepancies.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and damage to goods.
  • Equipment Operation: Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and organize products.
  • Data Entry: Recording transactions in warehouse management systems (WMS) and updating logs.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting goods for damage and ensuring that outgoing shipments meet quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort, including lifting and moving heavy items. The ability to lift 50 lbs. is a requirement!
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing inventory and fulfilling orders.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective management of storage space and inventory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management software and handling equipment.
  • Communication: Clear interaction with team members and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues such as inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.

Warehouse Duties

  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store materials and products. Keep accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack products for orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Handle shipping and receiving of products, including loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipment accuracy.
  • Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products and materials.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure products are stored in designated areas.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.
  • Documentation: Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and records related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

Service Duties

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding products and services. Provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer technical support and assistance to customers regarding the installation, maintenance, and operation of windows and doors.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service appointments and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of service issues.
  • Product Returns and Repairs: Handle product returns and arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Field Support: Occasionally assist in the field with the installation or repair of windows and doors as needed.

General Responsibilities

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse and service processes to enhance efficiency and customer service.

Position: Window and Door Installer in Florida

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Position Overview: As a 1099 Window and Door Installer, you will work as an independent contractor, installing windows and doors in residential and commercial properties throughout Central Florida. Your responsibilities will include measuring, fitting, and installing various types of windows and doors, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with state regulations and manufacturer guidelines. You will provide your own tools, equipment, and transportation, and be responsible for providing insurance workers comp, invoicing, and other business-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation: Install windows and doors, including masonry and frame construction, sealing, and finishing, according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Measurements: Accurately measure openings and spaces to ensure a perfect fit for windows and doors.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by removing old windows/doors, cleaning and leveling surfaces, and protecting surrounding areas.
  • Compliance: Follow all local building codes, OSHA safety standards, and manufacturer installation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear communication regarding project timelines, progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve installation challenges on-site, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
  • Documentation: Complete and maintain installation records, including job reports and client invoices.
  • Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Travel: Travel to various job sites across the Central Florida as required, typically 85% of jobs are less than 45 miles from the warehouse, trip charges are provided for 45 miles and greater than from the warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in window and door installation, with a portfolio or references to demonstrate past work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using installation tools and equipment; strong understanding of installation techniques and materials.
  • Licenses: Valid Florida driver’s license; relevant contractor licenses or certifications (if required).
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Tools: Own tools and equipment necessary for window and door installation.
  • Transportation: A reliable vehicle capable of transporting materials and tools to job sites, and a trailer is a must.
  • Insurance: General liability insurance; workers’ compensation insurance (as applicable).
  • Business Setup: Ability to handle own scheduling ( we schedule for you), invoicing, and tax reporting as an independent contractor.

Compensation

  • Payment: Some of the highest piece meal payments in central FL, per window and door, with add-on for extra work, pay sheet available per request
  • Schedule: M-F: 7 am till 5 or finished with work, we prefer only full-time worker with FWDS only
